Buyer and Seller shall independently ensure compliance with all applicable Statutory Acts, Laws, Rules, Regulations, Norms, Guidelines, and Notifications issued by the Government of India, State Governments, Urban Local Bodies, and other competent Government Authorities regulating the concerned subject matter. This Portal acts solely as an intermediary platform to facilitate: Sellers in registering themselves and displaying resources available for sale; and Buyers in registering themselves, participating in bids for listed resources, and accessing seller and pickup location details. The Portal does not verify, guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for the quality, legality, authenticity, quantity, condition, or suitability of any resources listed by Sellers, nor for the conduct, representations, or transactions undertaken by Buyers or Sellers. Buyers and Sellers are expected to conduct all dealings and transactions in good faith and with mutual trust. The Portal shall not be held liable for any misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of agreement, dispute, loss, damage, or unlawful activity committed by either party. Any misconduct, misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws, rules, or Portal policies by a Buyer or Seller may result in suspension, disqualification, downgrading, or permanent debarment from the Portal, in addition to any legal or regulatory action that may be initiated by the concerned authorities.
